Short Term - Mid Term - Long Term

Short Term

If you are only staying a short term (one week to three months), then normally we suggest a serviced apartment or flat-share. For private facilities (bathroom and kitchen), the choice would be the serviced apartment but over a short stay this comes at a premium and this option can be quite expensive as generally it is a luxury option. Click here to view serviced apartment options.

A flat share is a better option if you are looking for a cheaper short term option, but the bathroom and kitchen are shared in this situation. Please click here if you wish to book a room in a flat-share online.

Mid Term

A mid term is a stay longer than one month and under six months. Not as restrictive as a six month lease but has more conditions than a short-term rental. For our Mid-Term details, bills are still included and you can also book this online as well. There is a larger deposit before arrival, but the weekly rate is lower than a short term stay.

Long Term

A long term stay is six months or more. This is a lease (contract) option and only if you are serious about staying in a place in London for at least six months. There is more paperwork and appointments involved, but on the bighter side you can get an entire place for a good rate over a long term. There is a much larger deposit and bond involved, but this is all normal for this type of arrangement. Please click here to view our long term properties.
